We prioritize permanent and temporary closures, address or identity errors, unsafe dietary claims, expired certification, substantially changed menus and incorrect hours. Price changes are reviewed in the next menu refresh unless they materially alter the page.

What happens next
We check the submitted evidence, update the affected fields and verification dates, rerun page-quality checks, and add a visible caveat or remove the listing when an identity or operating-status problem cannot be resolved.
